About Us

Amanda Wood has a background in HR, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds an MA in Managing Human Resources. In 1996, she founded a Hampshire based home care company and developed it into a substantial organisation, before it sale in 2014. During this time, she was an active Executive Member of the Hampshire Domiciliary Care Providers Association, holding the Chair position from 2009 until 2014. In this role, she regularly liaised with senior officers at Hampshire County Council and other relevant organisations to promote member’s interests.

Douglas Wood has a background in Sales and Marketing and Business Management and holds an HND in Business Studies. He became Director of a Home Care company in 2001 and was responsible for business development, marketing and financial management until the sale of the company in 2014.
